PROFESSIONAL ETHICS – Including Circular 230

CPA’s face greater challenges today trying to conform to the ethical provisions of the AICPA and various state Boards of Public Accounting ethical requirements. Significant new interpretations have been issued by the AICPA  that affect independence and objectivity. Also resent interpretations with respect to cloud based accounting services significantly challenge independence requirements. Numerous case studies and Circular 230 will also be discussed.
