This course provides a comprehensive and clear explanation of Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS) for best practices on performing compilation and review services. The course discusses issues that accountants typically have with these types of engagements.  We will also explore some reporting items as it relates to Other Comprehensive Basis of Accounting (OCBOA). Examples are integrated throughout the course. Disclosure and reporting requirements are also presented.

Upon Completion of this Course, the user should be able to:

  • Identify best practices in compilation and review engagements
  • Identify reporting requirements for OCBOA
  • Identify reporting and documentation issues in compilation and review engagements
